How quickly do I get paid?

If you accept our offer, payment is possible same day. Cash on the spot or store credit applied right away. Offers over $200 cash may require a mailed check.

What if I have a large collection?

Great! We love collections. For very large lots, calling ahead to give us a heads-up is appreciated so we can have the right team members available.

Do my items need to be boxed?

Original boxes definitely help the value, but they're not required. Bring what you have — we'll evaluate based on the actual item condition too.

What's the difference between cash and store credit?

We typically offer 20–30% more in store credit than cash. If you love hobbies and plan to shop with us anyway, store credit is usually the better deal!
